Its a really adorable picture and a really nice more casual outfit for Cream as well.
My only complain I would have is that cream ears are the wrong way around but I guess even Sonic Advance 2 her proper introduction games screwed that one up during her introduction to Sonic so not to bad (Well unless you are actually under the opinion that she can turn her ears like she wants in which case there really is no problem with this picture)

Having them both looking towards each other instead of at something else is a great small detail you did with this drawing. I notice in the first drawing you linked in the description Cream is looking at her ears. The way you draw eyes in general with your art style is really enjoyable to me 
The use of Tangle's long tail is both useful and very sturdy. She does really good with using her tail in various ways! It is nice to see it used for a fun activity instead of just beating up robots XD
