Here is a sneek peek at the Phase II refit Enterprise model by Daren R. Dochterman. Following the events depicted in 'Blood and Fire' the Enterprise is in need of repairs and undergoes an intermediate repair/refit to complete her 5 year mission. It will make it's debut in 'Enemy: Starfleet'[link]

I sent a Email to Cawley entertainment.I figure they have the copyrights to the model,And asked if I could have permission to use model and if they could send me a file of it.All I can do is wait,but If they say ok,I'll send you a copy.
I looked all over the net for any of Dochtermans 3d models,But no luck.

Well,I still havent gotten a response.I think their having a good laugh at my request,lol.Since the episode hasnt been released,Not much hope they would let someone use a 3d model of the refit.It probibly be another year before they release that episode.The bad thing about Star Trek Phase II.Theres one episode per year.If that.Wish SyFy channel would pick it up.More money,more episodes and better actors,Lol
