Description

It's so weird that Dana Barrett was never in the Real Ghostbuster consider in that she was the secondary main character in the movies, we got Louis Tully, Walter Peck and Mayor Lenny, but not Dana. We did get to see what she might have looked like in the comic version of Ghostbusters 2 that used the character designs from the Real Ghostbuster, but she never appeared in the show itself. She could have been a lot like the stereotypical love interest that the main character is always trying to get but never gets involved in the adventures and is involved in the main premise of the show, you see in Saturday morning cartoons. Basally being to Peter Venkman what Janine Melnitz was to Egon Spengler, and if Q5 wanted a motherly character, she would have been the perfect choice, and they could leave Janine alone. And once Oscar got brought into the picture, it could have made thing more interesting and if they did have Oscer in the show there’s no doubt that there would have been an episode where Slimer babysits him, and shenanigans insure.
