Great angle and nice dramatic lighting! How do these things keep happening to her? Being a superheroine would be a lot easier if she was based in Ohio

It works out well for viewers that the O N is a demanding fella!

Right about now she's thinking, "Not again! Stupid golden lasso! I can barely sit down after the last time they caught me!"
You'd think with thousands of years of trial and error, those Amazons would've come up with something better than a golden lasso that renders its own user helpless. It's like Green Lantern handing out yellow power rings as souvenirs.

I think it has more to do with Wonder Woman's weening overconfidence. She loves to think she's invincible. Of course, Batman has the same type of weaponry...but no one seems to use it on him.

I think Batman is too smart to keep something on hand (and in plain sight) to which he is greatly vulnerable. It would be self-defeating, if not suicidal. Further, if he carried such a thing, he damn sure wouldn't let anyone know about it. Maybe he needs to take Diana aside and have a little talk, providing she'd take the advice of a mortal male.
Annoying, overweening overconfidence--much like Barney Fife, but hotter. Much hotter.
Still, after Wonder Woman had been "weened" by half a dozen or so supervillains (and just plain thugs who got REALLY lucky), why would she maintain the delusion of invincibility? She'd be snickered at by the other heroines of the Justice League--which would lead to some pretty entertaining catfights, but that's another image altogether...
I think it's that haughty, snooty sense of being a prissy princess that makes it so much fun to see her hogtied and passed around like a reefer. Okay, I'm kinda enjoying that mental image. Gotta go.
