The character is technically Richelle from my story current titled Light in the Darkness, though this picture is more about the dress. It's what she is wearing when Cyrus proposes to her, thus the title.The dress was inspired by a dress in a wedding gown catalog that my sister found in Michael's. She's a princess, so she gets to wear gowns like this if she wants to! She doesn't have a face because the focus was the dress (and no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't draw in a face I was happy with

Well, yes, reeeeally good at it! To design your own, you'd just take an existing design and modify it here and there and then you'd have your own design! X3

That's what I do, basically. I wish I had the imagination with clothes to be able to come up with completely original designs, especially for my fantasy characters.

Ah, but there are only so many ways to design an outfit, since there are always certain things that need to be covered! ^^ And then there are certain shapes and lines that are more flattering than others and what not ^^
