He is Zuko, prince of the Fire Nation, from the anime "Avatar the Last Airbender". Zuko is a Firebender.

It's really a good anime !! You should try At the first impression you could think it's for child, and some denouments are a little quick sometimes. But it grew and becomes deep, I personally love it
