Description
Finally, here's Rico's outfit design.Unlike Rika's and Kitana's (which are in question for me), this is Rico's offical outfit design.
The sky-blue and green parts to his suit are glowing lights, that making his outfit glow in the dark.
The same is for his board (which was in the first Riders pic I made - just check my webcam).
His goggles also glow in the dark.
