Well, here's all the known Rag Tag Fleet ships. A bit of a size comparison chart. As such I added the smaller vessels. Like the Rising Star (The blue ship). Bit of trivia, the Rising Star is about the same size as the Constitution Class Enterprise...And the Colonial Movers is that group of lines next to it. She may be larger in the new series, but she ain't in the old.And yes I'm going with the larger size given for a Battlestar.

Yes. The Great Lady is 6,080' long. 1 Nautical Mile.
I have never agreed with the two sizes of 2,000 feet, or 4,000 feet.
The show's creator and model maker are quoted as saying the ship is about a mile long, as well as a nautical mile.
She is supposed to be a BIG ship.
Beautiful job on her and the other ships.

Yeah...A monster, next to the NuGalactica (4700ft). I much prefer the classic BSG to the NuBSG. I know I'm in the minority, these days. But I'm middle-aged and set in my ways...LOL

I agree with your scaling of the Galactica ... a mile yes .. the established size is wrong
