The Columbia Class Scout it a TOS era design by David Shaw with minor credit to Jim Stevenson.Note: A request that was mostly finished, but put on hold, until I finished updating everything, So I only needed to post it once.

I'm sure he would, as it was his request. But he didn't take to kindly, that I was trying to a major project, of my own. And got very impatient, and upset that all of his requests (he made over a coupe dozen, at minimum) weren't taking priority, over everything else. There's more to it (a lot more). But, it's the very last request I take from him.
