Description
A little something I created with the "GeoMastr" program on my calculator in my sophomore year when I first started getting into FMA.Comments are welcomed! As Will Turner once said, "A craftsman is always glad to hear his work is appreciated."

Arr, since this artwork be drawn by me, do NOT take/copy/βborrowβ/edit/save/use/etc. this and/or claim it as your, own, savvy?

Ooh, good
It has the GeoMaster program, I reckon.

I guess, but I'm not sure :3 I'd like to try that though, how long did it take for you to do that?

Not long at all! Maybe 10 minutes to half an hour? I did this two years or so ago so I'm not quite sure.
There's another array on my calculator in my gallery--Edward's. Thought you might be interested. ^^

Ye can still get one.
If ye want to make arrays like this, I think the TI-84 Silver has the GeoMastr program to make the circles. That's what I used.

I have that same calculator yet can do nothing as awesome as this (I dont like to mess around with it 'cause I think I might break it). This is really cool.

Inferringly.
And so, if the Homunculi ever come and attack Reilly's school, Reilly will be prepared.
[Although Reilly must also learn to draw the Gate circle from the anime ]

Oh yes, you will indeed. And all the transmutation circles drawn all over my notebooks can defend the Twin Cities!
Why, so you can hop the Gate and go over to Amestris? Um, hello, not without me & BJ!
π: 0 β©: 1
CaptTreasureTroveTi In reply to k-ee-ran [2008-07-13 06:28:40 +0000 UTC]
No, I'm going to use it to immobilize the Homunculus, mate! I can't hold it off for that long, even with the spare chalk I have in my backpack! [Oh, bugger, if the batteries on my calculator died out and we were out of chalk... ]
Although me fellow FMA fans at school will join the fray, I'm sure.
I'll be sure to tell ye when I open the Gate to get to Amestris. Currently researching the circle.

Ohhh. I see. Aye... That might be bad.
Luckily, I could get a hold of my Homunculi-fighting softball team if we absolutely had to.
Yes! That would be amazing... I can see the headlines now...
"High school students use strange circles to defend their classmates from terrorists of unknown origin... could it be magic?" Good stuff! I shall keep my eye on the horizon!

We'll be unstoppable.
All me teachers at school will be like, "Reilly! Is this in Harry Potter? What did you do?!"
"No, it's from Fullmetal Alchemist..."
"WHAT IS THAT?!"
Seriously, I HAVE confused a teacher with FMA... she understood "alchemist" but not where "fullmetal" came from
Random light shall shine from it.

k-ee-ran In reply to CaptTreasureTroveTi [2008-07-13 15:01:54 +0000 UTC]
I like how, even though you're protecting them, your teachers still ask what did you do.
Well, most people in the FMA series don't know where the name fullmetal comes from, so I think she's okay, then. ^^ At least she gets the alchemy, that's the important part!
[Pssssst, super random comment! At Driven youth ministries [where I work on Saturday nights ^^ ], Dave was asking the kids to compare their families to a fictional family, and why... and then, he started asking the workers. so I'm like, "well, I don't know if any of you guys will get this, but my family's kind of like the Elrics from Fullmetal Alchemist." EVERYONE stares at me blankly, except for this little sixth grader in the corner who's like, "OH YEAH!!!!!" I told him that he rocks.]
[Super random comment #2: Um, my family's like the Elrics, with three exceptions. My mom's not dead, my dad's not missing, and the oldest sibling isn't evil. Much. ]
But anyway.......
Yes! If I see lightning on the horizon, I'll know that's not just any thunderstorm!

CaptTreasureTroveTi In reply to k-ee-ran [2008-07-13 17:09:04 +0000 UTC]
Well, it DOES go against most known sciences... alchemy is refuted in our chemistry class so I'd love to be asked questions by the Science and English departments. And probably the Administration, I guess to see if saving people with magical alchemic circles is endorsed.
What?! How can an FMA fan not know where the FM comes from?!
True that. That 6th grader is amazing.
I'll take yarr word fer it all.
But that chunks out half the storyline!

k-ee-ran In reply to CaptTreasureTroveTi [2008-07-15 00:03:57 +0000 UTC]
"I'm sorry, but magical or alchemical circles are considered weapons and are thus banned on school premises..."
But! Only people who don't understand alchemy says it goes against science. Read Morganville Vampires (especially #3; it's the one where the alchemist vampire is introduced), and you'll see what I mean. Alchemy is really just physics, on a microparticle scale, and written in poetry format. [Or, supposedly it is. ]
... Err, because maybe they don't know Ed has automail?
I know. I wanted to hug him, or something.
Yeah, well, the characters' personalities and all is what I'm looking at... Tim's easy to tick off, BJ's short but has an ego the size of Mount Rushmore, my dad's easygoing and self-sacrificial like Hohenheim, and my mom's the one that keeps us all sane.
But anyway.....

"Erm... then don't call on me when the next supernatural being comes alive... "
... wait... "Then again, if you take some of the sodium from the chem lab, throw the intruder into the school pool, and toss the sodium in...
" [This is what be on the chem videos
]
Excellent.
That's an incentive fer me to read Morganville--the supportance of alchemy.
Where have they been?!
Teach him to draw alchemic circles?
Wow. That's pretty interesting.

k-ee-ran In reply to CaptTreasureTroveTi [2008-07-15 17:27:03 +0000 UTC]
Yes! Alchemists are chemists as well, so of course we'd know that sodium + swimming pool = FUN! [fun for us.. not the supernatural beings...]
Yay! *is pretty much as excited for you reading Morganville as you are for me reading HP*
:disbelif: Yeah... well...
I could, if I see him at youth group again. But I take him for the type that would rather play basketball. After all, I think he was one of the kids my team beat in 3 on 3.
