Ashness Bridge, near Keswick in Cumbria, England, a popular tourist attraction, but strangely not in the middle of the night. The sound of the roaring water running over the rocks combined with the cold, minus 2 at the time kept you awake. Single shot taken with tripod and cable release, bulb setting and as usual guessing the exposure length. Actually trial and error keep doing it until I like the look of one.
I always have my camera set on cloudy mode, does anyone know if it might explain some of the colouration in the shot? Visually to the eye the colours did not look like this certainly not as intense. I know the camera picks up far more than my eyes would on a long exposure, just wondered if the cloudy setting influences it that much?
