Description
This is an old shot taken in the Wyre Forest, near Bewdley, in Worcestershire, England. Converted to monochrome in Nik silver Efex Pro, and Photoshop CS5. I know the conversion is far lacking in technical expertise, and the contrast is way out etc, however I put this one up here for myself to some degree. As I quite like the outcome with the soft blur to the shot. Thanks for viewing
Simon

I think it works really nicely; as another commenter said, the contrast gives it that slightly other-worldly look.

Wonderful~! The bare trees beautifully compliment the black and white of the picture! I feel as though I have stepped into another world!

I think the soft contrast gives this photo a real uniqueness and makes it look otherworldly. Nice work!
