Ninja Transformation Jutsu!Jeez, Cli--er, Kuraima...could you scream in colors any more garish?
Got this idea in my head after seeing Kuraima for the first time, and couldn't make it leave. So here is my first comic ever. Poor Climber...I can never tell when people are being sarcastic, so I hope I'm not stepping on Unknown's toes with this comic, which kinda...discredits the whole "totally new character" deal.
Next time I make a comic, I will work on my panelling. Also, I hate making backgrounds. Also, I want Unknown's staff. Because it is awesome.

Hmmm. For some reason I have a theory about Kuraima owo; Bear with me on this, but... What if Kuraima's spirit lives on in Climber? Since SDL is in feudal Japan, wouldn't this make sense? owo;

My oh my, for a moment there, I thought Unknown drew this himself.
Nicely done. Climber's expressions are so cute - from the "huh" to "what?!" and then to "phew~!" relief.
Panelling-wise, I'd say it's pretty okay here. I like the fact that you leave quite a lot of space between Climber's horrified look and his shriek of horror - shows how the reality slowly sets into poor Climber's mind when he realized he got turned into a human.
This should totally be canon.

Thank you for your kind words. And yay! your interpretation of all that black space between the penultimate and final panels was spot-on. One of my goals in this comic was to really make the reader feel for Climber--to have a little understanding of the pure shock, fear, and horror he would've felt at both being in a human body and realizing that that meant he had to compete in another tourney--and it seems I have managed it. Success!
(I've always been such a sucker for transformations...)
