ok, so there's carmen, kamek,boo, sephiroth, team rocket, Cat R. waul (with mickey mouse for some reason) captain hook, and a dark version of peach. my only question is... who's the guy in the balck and white suit?

I'm not sure how the heroes will respond to this, but somehow, I expect it to come down to the one fight that I've always wanted to see above all others, with Carmen Sandiego going one-on-one with Batman.

Very nicely done. ^^ I actually just finished uploading a Cat R. Waul picture, and looked for more for references and ideas when I saw this. I think I saw this on MySpace on my Ratigan RP account a few days back.

Is that Count Olaf (Jim Carey) dude that guy was creepy and that movie disturbing yet some parts were slightly funny but not "Carey funny"

That was probably the most creepy I have ever seen Jim Carrey. But his performance really made the movie. Jim's Olaf was a very interesting char and the plot was good to though at times it made no sense.
Like having Olaf go through all the same murder attempts he had played upon the children when he already was a mass murderer and arsonist several times over. FUNNY seeing him try to survive all the Series of "so called" Unfortuante events but again it made no sense.
Still I've been a Carry fan since Ace Ventura and I liked the new personification of Jim in Olaf.
