If you're having all of them in a comic I think you need to settle on one style because Count Olaf has too much detail/shading then some other characters like Boo and the pokemon characters. (Sorry, if someone has mentioned that already.)

Thanks for your thoughts.. Count Olaf is only different because I had no cartoon model off him to work off of.. and I have difficulty imagining and creating believably animated/cartoon older people so I tend to just add alot of shading and stuff to emphasize there lines around there face.. I will deff. have to figuire out though some sort of way to match him with the others and still make him recognizable.

Try coloring his hair in more so it looks more solid rather than detailed. That would probably help alot. If that's not enough try drawing in wrinkles instead of all that shading.

Kamek's always a good villain... He can combo with Boo and make him into a Big Boo with his magic... Can't imagine Sephiorth and Cat R. Waul conjoining for a Combo though...

Maybe instead of Sephiroth using Supernova, he attacks with Cat R. Waul and they use.. "Cataclysm"
