Welcome to the Boo House!With your hosts, Possesed Princess Peach (from Paper Mario 2), Scary Sigurd (the ultimate Peach fan shown seranading his sweet heart), Those Brazen Boo Buddies, The Zany Zimeta, Baby Killer Kamek (well that was his job wasn't it?!), and his lovely lady, the Psychoctic Celeste! Awesome work ... I really like the positioning of figures and contrast that the color of the moon creates. What really makes this work for me is the way you spread the Boos out to almost make them look like they are going to escape the page and come after you.

yeah.. I Really wish we artists had the ability to keep drawing a character coming closer and closer to the edge of page until we could literally pull them off and make them real... that would be the bomb.

There is something about shadow peach that... why do I bother? We all know the result.

I really like how the house has no straight lines, and is slightly tilted. Gives a zany, slightly disturbing feeling to it. The roof looks funky, but I didn't know if that was intentional. The clouds/mist are very well-done, and that tree in front of the house is quite nice.
And posessed Peach is one of the cutest evil people you've drawn. I've seen you draw cuter evil people, but this one is pretty high on the list. It's pretty cool what you did with her gloves.

I just love those little Boo Buddies...I'm currently playing Mario Bros on me ds...so this one reminds me of it. Oh and I just love the mini celeste ^_^

It's the only reference to how a boo House is truely supposed to look in anime style that I've seen.. the game house is constructed diff. each game so yah.. wanted to practice backgrounds and saw that and was like yeah.. that'll be much easier as a starting attempt then looking at a screen shot.

I love how you drew everyone and everything, the Halloween atmosphere of this illustration is amazing. You drew everyone perfectly (heh heh, a vampire version of myself would be really interesting), Peach looks evil and yet beautiful, Zimmy, Celeste and Kamek look awesome as well!
Don't worry for the delay on this image, I know that you did your best (and succeed) to make something as great as possible. I feel truly honored and grateful with you for creating this wonderful artwork!

oh wow thats on hell of a presant! the background is amazing1 and i really adore all their costumes! you nailed details her.e form the grass to the floaty ghosts! i havent played paper mario but it seems like an awesome game now. lovly coloring as always! and i adore the grass forsoem reason.

I haven't played it (truthfully) either. I watched my friends play it while I was drawing so I know how the game ends and what the main basic plot is, and the inspiration came from seeing the ending in October and going hmm... yeah.. That version of Peach would make for a good theme.. and I love Haunted Houses... yeah the Boo House.. Stuff like that... connecting one idea to another..

(Btw, is Peach suppose to be the possessed dark princess from PM2:TYD, or is she a "Vampire Peach"?)

I used the costume from PM2 as inspiration for a "haunted" version of her.. basically a Halloween Peach.. I gave her and Sigurd very classic vampire/count and countess style costumes for the scenario.. so I guess you could say it's a mix of both.. inspired from PM2 but the outfit of a dark countess or vampire.
