My favourite movie of all time.I hate the fact that Spielberg K.Oed Muldoon. I love how, in the novel, he gets injured and pissed up and is running around armed to the teeth and shit-faced.
Still love the movie though! Bob Peck (as with the rest of the cast) was ace!!!
My fave is still Alan Grant though. I wore a blue shirt and Khakis for years after that. Hold on. I am today!!!

I've tweaked this now because the eye was bugging me so friggin' much. I've moved his eye, changed the crappy speech bubble and added a little beautiful JP logo on the bottom. Looks like a collector's card now.

I'd like to think the Templar Knight is going to win this one. He's got that futuristic katana that's super heating up (glowing white and smoking / shimmering) and can cut through anything. Including the skull of a super-advanced Tyranosaurus-Wrecker.

They've been saying THAT for years too. They were supposed to have had a script in 2003. Then a new one a couple of years later. Then they were aiming for a 2012 release. Then they were going to film last summer...
Believe it when I see it. The people who are in charge of the 'franchise' have just moved over to the Star Wars films too so I wouldn't hold my breath.
But it's not as bad a Ghostbusters 3. They've been talking THAT up since 1989.

Seriously doubt Ghostbusters 3 is going to happen now, nor should it. Bill Murray's not interested, and Harold Ramis has passed away. Can't do a GB movie without Peter or Egon, and I don't see them recasting the roles successfully. Jurassic Park IV is now called Jurassic World, and the only character involved from the first three films is Dr. Henry Wu (why they picked him I have no idea). Here's hoping they don't screw it up too badly, but one of the main leads is a girl who played one of the bad vampires from the Twilight movies, so that right there might screw the pooch. Only time will tell.

Still, I do agree. Robert Peck and this whole scene is just genius. I'd have liked to have seen if he would return in the fourth film.

There was a line in there somewhere, may have been a deleted scene, with Muldoon wanting grenade launchers but Hammond wanting none-lethal tazers. The guns in the bunker are Italian riot shot-guns and obviously his own emergency stock. They're good for close quarters fairly heavy fire power. I think he could have maimed the raptors at the very least with one of them.
In the book he wangled a bazooka, a rocket launcher and some big-game hunter's rifles onto the island as a back-up plan and managed to take down the T-Rex and kill several raptors. THAT would have been cool for the film.

I'd have thought they'd have riot grenade launchers, since they would definetly be useful against raptors.
And that makes Muldoon sound so much cooler now. Although I like Roland Tembo as my favourite dinosaur hunter in fiction.

I'm not gonna lie, my favorite scene was with Tim and Lex stuck in a kitchen(irony) with two velocoraptors.
I'm sad that Muldoon had to die, he was accualy aware of the power of a velocoraptor unlike all those other idiots(sorry Hammond). I think what screwed him though was that unlike Grant and Malcom he was "hunting" not "surviving"

In the book Hammond was even more of and idiot and didn't allow any leathel weapons. So I'm ifie about a granade launcher. Against anything else on the island a granade launcher would have been handy, but a velocoraptor... it would be tricky.
