It has been barely over a year, and I decided to do an update on Kat and Mark's Ref Sheet :'D
(No I didn't forget about Tyrant, he just didn't get any changes)
Though this ref sheet was a lot of work, and I'm not 100% happy with their anatomy, I'm glad that I did this!
Now this Ref Sheet give out more info on their design and how their outfits work, etc.
So people will finally know how their outfit looks from the back! lmao.

So for those who don't know, these are my OCs for the Jak and Daxter Game/Universe.

Kathleen (nickname - Kat)
She was born and raised in Haven city, lived with her parents and older sister (Nikole) and had a somewhat normal childhood (for Haven people anyway) but she had always issues with her parents and relatives comparing her all the time to her sister who (they said) was more 'feminine' than Kat.
At first she didn't pay much attention to those comments but as she grew older the comments started to get more frequent and worse especially when her sister actually became a model so she simply decided to be as much different as she could from her sister (she already had different tastes but that gave her more of a push).
Even with the constant comparisons she never ended up hating her sister, since Nikole herself is kinda oblivious to how those comments affect Kat and she never was mean towards her, but unfortunately she ended up being distant with her sister just to get some peace and live her how she wants to.
Ever since she was younger she used to be fascinated by the Krimzon Guards, not the Guards themselves since most of them were terrible people, but she just thought it was amazing all of their armor, equipment and weaponry and always loved to see them in action actually battling against Metalheads. She dreamed of fighting Metalheads and fight for the city but she would never join the Krimzon Guards, luckily for her Jak showed up after a couple of years and after some of his heroic-ish adventures Haven City changed and Ashelin took over, and so the Krimzon Guards were no more and Freedom League was created.
She wanted to join right away but with complications at home she decided moved out on her own and work in the Freedom League, ever since then had tried her best to get better, especially physically, but is still in the 'beginner' ranks.
At the very least she doesn't live by herself, she has the company of her pet Crocadog, Tyrant (Ty for short which is pronounced as 'Tai'), as much as she love the pupper he used to have the fame of destroying furniture which is why he has that name.

Marcus (nickname - Mark)
He was born and raised in (some other location I haven't decided) and his childhood was sorta troubled, at a young age his mother passed away and in just a few years his father ends up marrying again, Mark's now Step-mother.
The step-mother was actually very sweet to him and never had much issues with her, but after his father and step-mother had other kids he started to get problems with his half-siblings, they would be bullies towards him about not having his mother and that his father loves them more etc. But whenever he tried to complain those things to his father and step-mother they would just brush it off saying they are just being kids and are just too young and should tough it out for being the older sibling.
Unfortunately it was harder for him to get away from such comments since not only his half-siblings would make fun of him, at school his classmates would do the same and also make fun of his appearance.
He ended up shutting himself socially from most people and ended up spending most of his time on his own and started to break apart and tinker with different toys and objects,
making him more interested in how things are built/created, so after a while he got more interested in engineering and over the years he got himself into working with weapons and armor, which is what he still works on to this day.
When he was older and fed up living with his family he moved to Haven City, after Ashelin took over since the previous Baron had left it completely on quarantine, the city would still need more help to protect itself against the metalheads, since they haven't stopped their attack even after Metal Kor's death, so it would be a great opportunity for his work. After setting up a place for him to sell weapons, ammo and gadgets he also started to work with the Freedom League offering his help in custom weaponry work or fixing armor.
One os his hobbies is making sculptures with scraps of metal or left overs of his work that were not needed anymore, most of them are made for himself but others are made for sale as well.

And that's how the two end up meeting! Since Kat is a 'rookie' she was the one sent to give in some equipment to be fixed/tinkered by Mark and grab some other equipment from his shop, but after a few times she had to run by the shop she started to notice some of the sculptures he would make and that would start conversations and so after a while they become friends \ooo/
But not everything was all rainbows since Haven got attacked again by Metalheads and all the guards from the Freedom League had to be dispatched to fight them off and to protect and bring civilians to safety. In the middle of that mess Kat went to the area where Mark works to try escorting him to safety but unfortunately when the metalheads were attacking some buildings started to also fall apart and Mark got caught between the chaos and so did Kat, in the end Mark ended up getting badly injured and lost his left arm and lower legs while Kath just got badly hit on the face (breaking a part of her helmet) and getting a scar.

Ever since that day Kat keeps blaming herself for not acting fast enough and not being able to protect Mark, but he always tries to reassures her it was never her fault and that he is okay now (since he is the most positive of the two) and doesn't mind his new limbs too much since he can also mess around and tinker them.

E agora as pessoas finalmente sabem como a roupa deles se parece por trás! Lmao.

Mas vou fazer uma explicação de como eles se conheceram: Kat se juntou com a Freedom League e virou um dos guardas e Mark veio morar em Haven City pra trabalhar com armas/armadura/equipamentos, e por hobby faz esculturas de peças de metal que não são mais usadas, e assim que ele se estabeleceu num lugar ele conseguiu trabalhar pra Freedom League e assim ele recebia equipamentos para arrumar e vender outras coisas.
Kat foi sempre mandada pra levar e buscar coisas na loja do Mark, e assim q ela começou a notar mais o trabalho dele especialmente as esculturas eles começaram a conversar mais entre si e assim acabaram ficando amigos \ooo/
Mas tudo não era arco-iris já que Haven foi atacada novamente por Metalheads e todos os guardas da Freedom League foram mandados para lutar contra os metalheads e proteger civis e levar eles pra segurança. No meio disso tudo Kat foi pra area onde Mark trabalha e tentou levar ele num lugar seguro mas infelizmente quando os metalheads estavam atacando alguns edifícios começaram a cair e Mark foi pego no meio desse caos e também a Kat, então no final Mark acabou se machucando muito e acabou perdendo o seu braço esquerdo e parte de baixo das duas pernas enquanto Kat so se machucou feio no rosto (e quebrando uma parte do capacete) e ganhando uma cicatriz.

Desde aquele dia Kat sempre se culpa por não ter agido rápido e não ter salvo Mark, mas ele sempre reafirma pra ela que nunca foi a culpa dela e que ele esta bem agora (já que ele é o mais positivo dos dois) e que ele não se importa tanto com seus novos membros já que ele pode também mexer e criar coisas novas com eles.

Eu espero que vocês gostem dessa nova ref!
