Its not a jurassic park game unfortunatly xD its a game called second life that is a social game, and a person created this raptor avatar, and my friend edited a JP vehicle she had to be her avatar lol

Well, some people use real money to buy lindens (that is the money of the game)
other creates and sells stuff, like avatars, vehicles, clothes and so on
so when they sell they get lindens, like I do when I sell my pokemon and digimon avatars
