Description
Cold-RisingColdrise is the deputy of ShadowClan; her mate, a loner she-cat named Magnolia, is starving as a result of the harsh leaf-bare so Coldrise goes to bring her some prey; however, as she goes off to hunt another squirrel, she comes back to find another starving outsider fighting with Magnolia over the fresh-kill, so naturally Coldrise jumps in and quickly helps Magnolia fight off the tom. While she’s checking on Magnolia however, our good friend the tom steals the fresh-kill before he leaves, Coldrise notices and gets mad, chases him down, they get in a big ol’ intense fight; with Coldrise’s greater size and strength and Magnolia helping she beats him up pretty well, only to have a snow-heavy branch collapse on top of Coldrise before she can finish him off; Coldrise gets up but her right hind leg was crushed while her spine was severely damaged. Furious, she tries to charge again but the strong movements cause her spine to snap mid-lunge.

OH MY GOSH THIS TURNED OUT AMAZING!! AHHHHH I love it to every last detail, from the way her fur actually overlaps the wounds to the twigs in the ground and just in general you nailed my girl’s pose and expression (and the composition of the scene in general), not to mention the shading, linework, and lighting are so precise and gorgeous-looking as well! I’ve admired your artwork for a long time and commissioning you was seriously worth it; it turned out to be so pretty!! Thank you so much for this!!!! <333333
