1. No... for some reason, whenever I get to that page, it freezes, and I can't use any of the tools.

2. I'd help, but I'm a bit confused upon using it, myself. xC

3. PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE! Have you seen the old junk in my gallery? xD
I drew alot on paper, doodled on schoolwork and struggled with the mouse for a couple of months, but if you have a passion for drawing, I know you'll succeed.

3. I DO PRACTICE!!! XD I doodle on schoolwork, I draw TONS on paper, and I have problems with controlling the mouse.. But, I am setting up a scanner soon, so I'll put my drawings on paper on here.
