Re-did my old muttations drawing because it sort of sucks. :c cascadingserenity.deviantart.c…
Hopefully this one is a bit better.
Left to right: (back) random mutts, (middle) boy tribute from 5, Marvel, Thresh, cripped boy tribute from 10, Clove, Rue, (front) Foxface and Glimmer.
All characters belong to Suzanne Collins.

EDIT: I'm going to disable comments if I get any more Warriors comparisons. I'm so sick and tired of hearing the same damn things. It's gosh darn Hunger Games, not Warriors.
EDIT 2 : yeah i'll just hide all and any Warriors related comments I get from now on.

I usually imagine them as humanized wolfs, but I think this is a sad scene. Turn them into monsters. Though Rue and Foxy look nice (I wish we knew her real name she was a interesting character and when I reread it she amazes me still with her skills)

I can understand why. It makes us think that the mutts are actually the tributes. And that Rue has completely forgotten about Katniss and all she wants now is to kill her. ;n;

Yeah... BUT GET THIS. I'm not sure, but I'm pretty sure that that the mutations are actually just mutts. I think they somehow managed to match the original tributes DNA with the mutts, managing to trick the living tributes into 'weakening' in a way.

so much improvement! I really like how you made some of the mutts further back this time, and Gimmer looks like she's struggling a bit more which is good. Also the light coming from the cornucopia looks a lot better c:
