For some reason this scene really got to me... I think it might be because in this moment, all of the consequences of Leopardstar's actions come crashing down on her and she just knows Feathertail is going to leave her. She'd been stewing with her guilt ever since the day she failed to protect Stonefur and in this moment, she feels she absolutely deserves to die, as it might be the only way to repent for her actions. And despite how horrible Leopardstar's actions were and how annoyed I was at her through the entire manga... I felt so bad for her here.
