*SPOILERS*
You have to find the crank first. To get the crank, you have to find the ruby, give it to Roneo, enter the house, get past the maze and the crank is at the end. THHHEEENN go back to the house. Next to the house, there's a well. Press "Z" to talk and you'll find a key.
