Legitimately; it was rather both of their faults. Tigerpaw at the time when he was a probationer made the choice to onslaught Tiny/Scourge. Remember, Thistleclaw let Tigerpaw decide, his resolution was partly the justification going all deranged with power. But, yes. Thistleclaw's is blameworthy as well.
