Simba: Firestar
Nala: Sandstorm
Kiara: Squirrelflight
Kovu: Brambleclaw/star
Nuka: Hawkfrost
Vitani: Tawnypelt

It's so much like Lion King, because...
Firestar = Simba
Sandstorm = Nala
Squirrelflight = KiaraΒ
Brambleclaw = Kovu
Tigerstar = Scar
Squirrelflight falls in love with Brambleclaw, who is Tigerstar's son, and Tigerstar being Firestar's enemy.
In Lion King, Kiara falls in love with Kovu, who is Scar's "son", and Scar being Simba's enemy.
