Description
A sexy drawing of Cassu specially made for my website when I rebuild it. (I lost all the files of my current site in a hard-drive crash, which is why my website hasn't been updated in nearly a year.) My new site will be finished soon.I decided to ink this one in Painter after I decided I didn't want to ink over the original lines because they were a little dark and I no longer have a lightbox.
I think this is the most provocative pose I've drawn Cassu in to date, mainly because she's semi-conservative; but I love playing around with my characters. So here Cassu is, all sexy-like with a spray can ready to paint your face. Or groin, or other region of you or your personal items.
Inked in Painter 9, coloured in Photoshop CS2.

I shall! I guess I could make a small tutorial when I have the time. The lines come out nice and crisp but I find it more annoying than inking by hand though; I like seeing the over-all picture while I'm working. But that's just me!

Lovely sketch and colours, but if you don't mind me saying - what's going on with the shadow and text? Looks very rough and rushed, to the detriment of the image as a whole.

I wanted a simple background because I wanted the focus to be on her figure, and I've also been CGing and building my website for the past 6 hours and didn't want to spend another couple of hours on a full background.
I did the gradient because I've seen them used effectively before on comic images and the text was supposed to kinda look like graffiti, but I suck at it so it looks crap.

If I have the time I'll probably go back and re-work the background but this image was basically drawn just for the form anyway.

Oh no the gradient bg is very fitting. Green to white gradients seem to work well in a web context. On second thought the text isn't too bad - I revise my critique only to the shadow - at a pinch you could place a skewed feathered ellipse filled with black/darker colour underneath the sketch.

As always I adore your comments and crits, and you have inspired me to go back and re-work the background over the weekend. Even if it's just keeping the gradient, changing the shadow to be more accurate and actually typing the text in.
