Description
My custom plank theme that's basically a better elementary OS Jupiter dock theme. To install:
- Extract the files and place them into ~/.config/plank/ replacing the existing files (this will overwrite the default theme, so back it up if you care to).
- Plank should immediately reflect the changes. If not, it will after restarting.
Updated Tue Dec 11, 2012: Renamed from "Pantheon" to "Jupiter Redux" since the Pantheon theme is now white. Also removed "Renderer" from the section titles so it won't get overwritten with a Plank update.

To install this:
Extract everything into a folder you named "Jupiter Redux".
Move that folder to /home/username/.local/share/plank/themes
Open up System Settings, Desktop, Dock and select Jupiter Redux in the theme dropdown.

What if we are not using eOS? Where is the actual config file?

I have placed the theme in ~/.config/plank/theme
Nothing happens.
I use the latest PPA (ppa:ricotz/docky) version.

Did you change the theme in ~/.config/plank/dock1/settings? Or via Switchboard?

Changing the LineWidth to zero makes it look like Wingpanel's brother. The consistency brings tears to my eyes

That's not currently possible with Plank's rendering engine.

I think this theme fits in much better than the Pantheon theme (because it looks similar to Wingpanel)

Will this be the default theme for Plank in Luna?

I take that back; nope. It was changed to a white theme to go more with the lighter-weight and transient feel.

Yep, it has for a while. Unfortunately, there's no UI for creating them yet.

Still, that's a very exciting feature indeed! Is it likely to be present (with UI) in Luna?

It all depends on Plank's developers. If they get it ready in time, then it'll be there.

Awesome. Really, really looking forward to Luna in any case. GNOME 3.2 is keeping me reasonably sated until I get my hands on it, haha.

I think it was a custom icon I'd set for Pithos, the Pandora radio desktop app.

Nothin' keeping you from using it.

Plank would look nicer if the dock had shadows I think. As it is right now on some wallpapers you can't really see the white border and the dock ends up looking fuzzy at the edges.

I wonder if Compiz can take care of that... *runs away to try it*

Compiz cannot render shadows when it comes to RGBA.
I hope they fix that

Once again, I highly admire all your work. This looks so much sleeker in Pantheon itself. Matches Wingpanel and Slingshot. Gorgeous! Thanks!

how did you get the super awesome folders in the dock?

You add a .dockitem that points to a directory with .desktop files in it. Hopefully drag-and-drop will land soon and make this waaaay more sexy.
