I figured I still have 5 Doctor Who sketchpages left (you know, the ones which I made back in July for sketching practice!) so I thought I could show 2 new but old pages!
I wanted to compare the old / 10th Doctor (Tennant, drawn in
blue) to the new / 11th doctor (Smith, drawn in 
green) by sketching similar poses, and so I did. For the top drawing I used a mix of 3 different references, while the small sketches were drawn from different screencaps & promo pics which show, indeed, hand poses. 
The bottom sketchpage (with the 6 doctors) is actually one of my favourite DW pages (along with the Time Crash one)...!
Sketchpages are cool.
Each figure took about 15 to 30 minutes to sketch with Faber Castell Polychromos pencils.

Ten and Eleven seem almost like brothers to me. Similar enough to be related but different enough to be their own person.

I love the way you work!!! And love The Doctor!!! So I enjoy very much each time I look at here...
I also think its great the color you gave to each Doctor, it goes with their respective screwdrivers XD but I bet it was intentional

I just love the top right pose of the 11th doctor, it's brilliant, ecspecially his facial expression! All of them a pretty awesome though

And another thing I forgot to mention is...I'm almost wishing they weren't one of the same person. Because your imagery has made me start to realise that Tennant and Smithy together on screen would've looked pretty good together! And maybe it's time RTD considered the Human Doctor's return!! Not a complete impossibility

RTD isnt involved in the production anymore and Im not sure that Steven Moffat would bring him back but it woul be good to see.

Yeah I'm well aware of Moffat's injection. Half the reason I personally don't like it anymore - but this isn't the place to agree or disagree on who wrote best. No doubt they still talk. Then again RTD will no doubt have another series of TW to consider. Who knows...But as I said, never say never...the beauty of TV

Really you can see each's personality through the selected sketches. I especially like how you've used the colour of each's sonic screwdriver to display them~

I love that you draw the seen from the pandorica episode.
