It's a sort of modernization of his Fleetway design, so ... it's based more on his old design, yes

i recognised mostly because of the shoulders and of the light green spines on his back, you did really well, as usual ! i love this ninja boy, but for some reasons i can't draw him well

yeaaah, i have more habit to draw hedgehogs and other furries characters, so reptiles are a bit hard for me lol
