Yay. more Toriel art! This one was somewhat inspired by that Mr. Sparkle Simpsons episode.

A series of educational posts about copyright and trademark on red-bubble was very enlightening for me after Nintendo of America started taking down erotic fan art, including mine, from Tumblr. I'm not sure how red-bubble goes about copyright but it seems it's a much bigger issue when fan art bleeds into fan merchandise.
Since I've had issues just posting fan art before I think I'm going to be careful about merchandise since that can be considered competition for companies. Fan art, even when selling it, tends to be it's own thing that's left alone the vast majority of the time. Nintendo of America is the only company I know of in recent times to take any action against fan art and they seemed to have stopped.
