Thank you very much! It's funny because I find color to be a weak point for me, I'm always struggling to get the right balance between muted and saturated colors.

I donΒ΄t think its a problem but did you intend for them to be more human or more feline ? if you want to make them look more like cats it would be a good idea to change a little the foot (little bigger and longer) and the hands (bigger nails and more fur),but over all it look amazing.

This was my first anthro piece so there was bound to be issues. Thanks for the feedback, I went with what I was comfortable with and that sure was not paws. I may revisit this piece to clean it up in the future and plan out details like hands and feet better so they can convey the Lion side of them better.

Very appealing to my eyes the way everything flows. The glowing lantern (?) looks great with the light reflecting off of it on their bodies!
Also, the background is great! You really do pay close attention to detail.
The only thing I did notice was the girl to the right - her other hand doesn't seem to have any defined fingernails compared to her hand holding the lantern. I also think that hand may not generally make sense. It doesn't look quite right. I think from that position, it wouldn't be angled so downward. An easy fix to that would be to re-position her arm to match her hand, via making her arm more straightened out.Β
But other than that minor detail, this is lovely! It must take you quite a bit of time to paint this well!

You know, you're totally right, she has a double wrist thing happening. I wonder how I missed that? It is an easy fix with a little rotating and pulling it up.
Yeah, the lantern (and it really is a lantern) was a pretty cool light source to play around with. Some new texture brushes are helping with getting that painterly feel to the background, it sure helps make my work more cohesive and it's way faster than how I was painting before. I'm hoping to be able to knock out this quality of work in a couple days from now on.
