On a neutral level, Crius is rather withdrawn and will get flustered easily. He often wont talk about himself and is difficult to crack.
On the surface he might seem like a grumpy old man, but once he sees you day-to-day he will open up to casual conversation and talk about his family. He wont ever bring up his father.
Sometimes he can say things that would seem rude but in a way it does mean he's warming up to you. There are times where he might take something too far but if called out will reluctantly apologize.
Once Crius has established friend's with a person he will get protective of them and become a sort of worrywart at times. He will tease someone when he's comfortable with them.

✉ If you manage to make him angry he can get scrappy and will act childish after the argument to the point where he wont talk to that certain person for a day or two.

✉ He will act calm on a professional level for work.

History
Crius was born in a small forest covered village north away from large cities.
During a young age, his hybrid mother and human father would often bicker over land issues and relatives. At the age of 8, after his second younger sister was born, his father left the family and moved back to live his parents. Along with him he took Crius's older brother, Eln.
Being the only man of the house it became obvious as he grew up that his family would depend heavily on his strength.

During his teens he would spend most of his time helping out his mother and working as an assistant in the village's grocery store. Though personally he never found either jobs bothersome, instead it gave him pride to be needed and relied on in his family.
Through the years he developed a rather stern and mature personality, but irritable due to his younger sisters constant pranks as they loved to get a reaction out of him.
Around the age of 19 he spent more of his spare time out in the forest lands where he would find wood and herbs, occasionally bringing his bored sisters out for a walk. He discovered this was the one thing he enjoyed in his day-to-day life. He needed to be somewhere new, something not so average. His sisters now at the age of 17 and 11 were growing up with independence of their own. Although his mother did need him around the house for support, he wanted more to do with himself.

Now age 23, when he had almost given up on this dream of getting away from his family, he came upon an odd flyer in the mail.
Assuming it was one of his sister's strange newsletters he almost threw it away. Though something happened to catch his eye, he decided he might as well read it anyway.
Scenic views? A free trip to Coffee town? Even with provided jobs?
It was all rather too good to be true, but a chance to get away from this boring old life?

Crius called up the minute he had to get to the phone, he wasn't going to let this one go.
