I fucking hate inking. Well, not really--but I fucking hate when it's hard!!It's that damn brush pen! It tempts me to use it, but I don't have decent control of it, and I end up with super-thick lines that I then have to justify!! ARGH!
Still deciding if I'm going to work with this or start over and BURY THE BRUSH PEN.
...I know I'll love the brush pen when I'm working on something where it's a good proportion, but until then? DEATH TO THE BRUSH PEN.

you should tone down on the thick lines, when I use brush pens I go very light.. then again I use a bristol brush and ink!

I'm going to try scaling the thickness back in Photoshop.
I need to practice with the brush pen WAY more... Get the control for those light lines without making them squiggle.

Don't hurt the brush pen. ;_; you'll hurt its feelings. Eek, I hate it when the inking tool can mess up your art. Have you tried Sakura Microns? They're usually nice and fine to use.
I heard that starting with super thin lines then building up variation with the lines bit by bit is easier. (There's always the magic of photoshop editing though. lol. XD It's your friend.)

I love my Sakura Microns! They're definitely my favorites. The brush pen is a Sakura, too. Foolish me, I trusted them-!
I'm going to make more of an effort to do that next time. It worked well on other things.
