I know a lot of stamps were already made on this subject matter, but I just had to ask.When did it become such an in thing ?
Now when a girl comes out and says she's the proud KING OF ENGLAND,
I'll be impressed.
But truth of the matter is, anyone can be a gamer. Who cares.

I can't understand these girls that think they're special because they are female gamers.

Like someone had said, most "gurl gaimerz" usually play only one of two things: a) Casual games, b) Call Of Duty, or c) Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, and other Square Enix games.
The same goes for 'hardcore' gamers. Many people who label themselves as hardcore gamers (male or female) do the exact same thing as above. That's why I can't really label myself as a 'hardcore' gamer anymore, as these days all I mostly play are casual games. With the exception of GTA, Left 4 Dead, a lot of oldschool 'hardcore' games, and some others.

It was 'in' at the 1990s. When I was a child I was the only girl gamer of my class and I was very proud of it. Most of the boys hated gamer girls, for example in the video game magazines. I was quite good at playing Super Nintendo games. Now nearly every girl plays video games or computer games so it is not impressive to be a girl gamer. Today most of the games that 'gamer girls' play are also really easy. At 1980s and 1990s there was girl gamers that played the same difficult games than the boys played and the gamer girls laughed at the childish 'games for girls' that no-one bought.
There should be a stamp 'Girl gamer of 1990s' or 'Girl gamer of 1980s'. Then some people could understand why it is so great to be a girl gamer.
