This is the very first base I have made for the new Sailor Moon Crystal anime series and there are many more bases to come in the future
I really seem to like the new Sailor Mars since she is way more prettier in this new style than in the old style but that's just my opinion 
Anyways everyone can use this base as long as you follow my rules:
