Description
This is the second of a planned three Valkyrie/Vendetta Gunships for My Warhammer 40K Imperial Guard army. They are all to have Pin-up art on them. I have play-tested several different variations of this army now, and these Vendetta are well worth the points.Related content

Heavy weapon las-cannon/ammo packs, Seeker missile racks, the heavy bolter sponson guns from the Valkyrie, some twisted wire, and the torso that goes into a SM Rhino to represent a dude looking out of a hatch, (the one that you don't add arms to, not the gunner.)

No, they're not Landraider sponsons. they were made from bits, and the Cadian heavy weapon team las-cannons.

Very nice. I've been thinking about getting a Valkyrie for my troops, but havn't yet since I could only use it in Apoc until the Ordo xenos get something even close to resembling a codex....

You can always use the IG as allies. The Valkyrie or Vendetta would be pretty nasty with grey knights jumping out of it!

I love the airbrushing you've done on these. The camo scheme catches the eye and weathering looks subtle and natural. That freehand is outstanding too, though the "need a ride" text is a little dark, but I'd likely contribute that to camera angle.
Just great stuff, man.

Thanks willy238, The slogan says "Hey Guardsman, want a ride?" The exaggerated panel line on the cheek of the ship sort of cut off the word want though. I thought about filling in the line, but overall I decided it looks better this way.
