Description
Continuing my work with line-focused and slice-of-life art. I travel A LOT for conventions, and this is pretty much 20% of my life.Related content

I realize you must sketch a lot to get this level of prowess "making it real" in sketches. The perspective, the shading values, the relation of the subjects to their surroundings...
It bugs me that something seems a little off, still, but I can't put my finger on it...

It isn't, technically, completely accurate with both anatomy and with perspective. This was done as kind of a free-sketch with brush pens, no gridlines. You can see me sketch the line work here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=OoW4KB… .
I did do my best to clean it up digitally, but since it's not technically fully correct, your eye is probably catching the imperfections.

Great view and perspective work. Gotta have enough caffeine for them long drives!

My bodyweight is like 5% coffee when I go on these trips.

You did a good job with the seatbelt of the guy on the left. I say this because it's annoying the hell out of me that it's twisted.

It's the smallest details that really bring stuff to life, huh?
