I did this back in my 2005-2010 college days, but was also inspired by April ONeil as Cat by , as it seems that in the original TMNT cartoons, Catwoman April, along with those like Mona Lisa and the Wererats of Channel 6 were just "one-episode shots", but were quite popular with the fans on so many levels....It was also during this time that;
a) in 's Namir Deiter, Twix & Snicker's daughter Cerise was born December 2007 (from a VERY uneventful birthing story - it never happened)
and
b) in 2008 I stumbled across a video from the Hanna-Barbera Popeye series, that contained some episodes of Private Olive Oyl, which I remembered vaguely from my childhood;
- I knew Olive had her own series of spin-off adventures when she'd (somehow and whatever reason for) enlisted in the US Army
- I also remembered that there was a Goon and female officer of short stature and even shorter temper, but I couldn't remember their names or all the episodes.
- Course after stumbling across the 's It Ain't Half Hot Mum episodes, I sometimes wonder if Sgt Bertha Blast was ever based on Windsor Davis's character Old Shuddup/the Sergeant Major; after all, they're both loud, rude, enjoy bossing the lower ranks about, put up with namby-pamby cadets (who get on their nerves) and then try to get them into trouble with the officers - only for it to backfire in their faces.
Here, the scene (based off a screenshot from the back of the VHS box) is from the episode "Infink-try" when Swee'pea, having visited Olive and Alice at the base, stowed away in Olive's parachute bag and got caught up in Olive's parachuting and jungle survival exercise.
So here, I've mixed the episode in with the two characters in which Catwoman April (thankfully under her own sound mind like at the end of her episode) too has joined the army and Cerise, who was visiting the base, stayed behind and hid in April's backpack...
