Da is starting to go dead for me. i think that unless i become super popular, comments and feedback will rare occurrence. i see popular artist getting like 50 comments they dont reply to. and even though the never reply, the same people as well as new people come back for feedback. you dont have to see it this way but for me, its a constant reminder of not progressing enough.

I understand. I still feel the same way you do. I just keep moving forward. it's all about what your going. Like if your not doing Manga or popular characters no one will give you the time of day. I may not reply right away but, I try to give a return feed back when I'm free. the little fans that I have, I take the time to talk to them and even call some of them friends. many time I have to talk some not to give up and not let the popular demand deter your artistic mojo. If you notice that I hardly post anything up it because I do feel the same as you. I mostly comment or thank anyone who even gives me the time of day. People like you are one of my highlights for logging in on DA. it's my only interaction with other artist like yourself. It gives me motivation. Don't feed too bad, there is a lot more of us than you think.

yeah its an anime and anthro overload on DA. i think that if there is time to find a nice network of artists and collaborations is one way but everyone is busy. OC groups are kind of dead too. right now i think im just focusing on improving technique to an acceptable level for me and trying again for exposure
