Here's a pencil commish i did for . my rendition of the 80's cartoon heroines, Cheetara and She-Ra. i updated their outfits a bit, but tried to stay close to what i thought was cool about the original suits. even tried to put them in their infamous battles stances. i also have them killing off their own respective villains (drawing Mumrah at the bottom there was fun, lol). tell me what you think, guys. and if anybody wants to ink and/or color this, just let me and the commissioner know beforehand. note me, basically. anyways, there's more on the way! enjoy!

this may be completely irrelevant now, but if you're still interested; I started out drawing my fav characters, trying to emulate them on paper as much as possible without tracing. then i began to create my own characters. i made comics which challenged me in many ways i couldn't have anticipated. i inadvertently learned a lot about character development, movement, expression, anatomy, etc. i kept drawing, referencing more and more things that were not just confined to comic books. i eventually went to school and gained a great benefit from live nude drawing. completely changes the way you draw once you study from someone right in front of you NAKED, lol. i took advantage of those classes any chance i could. and i kept drawing comics, or anything for that matter. kept a sketch book with me at all times. and i gradually challenged myself more to be on par with who i thought was brilliant at what they did. And i continue to challenge myself to this day. i think THATS how you draw like this, lol. like anything else. drive, discipline, talent. strangely in that order, lol

There are team-ups, and there are team-ups that I'll rate as "Beyond Brilliant." This pairing is the latter, of course!

Love the kitty ears! The T-cats were always just a little too human for my taste,they needed a small nudge to make it the perfect balance and those ears you added works perfectly. ^_^
She-Ra looks fierce! Love her costume re-design. Poor Hordikins, lol! Instant fave.

yeah, i was thinking the same thing, lol. why not have ears and a tail? that's the best thing about cats! especially female cats! lol. glad you like my rendition of both characters. I've been commissioned to do more of Cheetara, so look out for it!
