Yeah, Janemba's from the movies. Movie 11 or 12 I believe? I forget the exact name, lol. It was also the first appearance of Gogeta (Goku & Vegeta fused with the fusion dance instead of the potara earrings). Definitely worth a watch, you can see it on practically any anime website if you look hard enough. And thank you for viewing!

Yeah, I guess so. I've seen more than one group shot where the central villain or hero has a more grandiose pose than the other characters to stand out, so I don't really find it that odd. Not to mention this is an homage to Joe Mad's comic cover art for "The Ultimates" Vol:3, in which case Cell was Magneto. So you'd really have to pick the brain of the artist (Joe Mad) to understand why the characters are all in this particular composition in favor of the normal forward-facing action pose.
