The circles are not just a design, but an alphabet. The text reads "Make Time Your Ally". I chose this phrase because it contains four words each with four letters, or four squared. I would imagine that Time Lords would have a fondness for mathematics. The meaning of the phrase is that a wise person will know when to rush and when to be patient. A foolish person will squander time, but a wise person will use time to its fullest. I placed a galaxy in the back ground since the rotation of a galaxy is a very accurate way to measure time albeit on a very large time scale. The metal is nickel and the color is blue glass fused onto the nickel in a furnace.

Imbolc, Ostara, Beltane, Midsummer, Lammas, Harvest, Samhain, and Yule.
