I myself am a Beast Wars fan too. I'm still on the process of collecting more of them. Some of them are hard to find and are damn expensive.

DonΒ΄t talk about expensive, next four things I want are abou 100 usd each (both igerar ironhide and ratchet, the motobot arcee and that rolling thunder prime)... working like mad XD
But yeah, my collection is essentially classics/generations/RTS/United with very few prime, animated and dotm figures, the core is classics

Concerning one item worthy of mention would be Beast Wars Scorponok.
Looking for one in good condition is difficult because the figure itself has inherent durability issues. The clear plastic used for his claws are to blame. Both claws have gimmicks (one shoots two missiles and one shoots a Cyber-bee) and they are prone to jamming. If you take a look at his Ebay entries, the ones MIB are just insane! the fact that he was never given a reissue escalates the problem.
About those figures you mentioned, from what line do they belong to?

Oh I see your problem, more or less the reason I gave up on Bruticus with the third party addon which made it look nice.
As for the ones I want, all third party stuff as well, in practice they got different names and come with no faction logos, but the toy molde is completely new and unique, take a look at ironhide by igear:

Any third party product is costly. But on the positive side, probably better quality control because they aren't mass-produced. And one more things, it's always worth the price. The ton of accessories they got, articulation, etc. Like that Scouting Force for example.
The different names thing has something to do with copyright issues. I'm currently eyeing on that third party Arcee (PE-DX01 RC)

That Arcee is the motobot I mentioned. she is on my list right after Ironhide.
And so far only third party thing I got was the igear head pack for generations/united kup
