Awww ... thanks  a lot for still being around, Keld! Sorry that I've not been around like a good friend should have been!  Life has always been busy (working out, feeding myself, caring for the plants ...). Also, I feel I should spend more time learning new skills before posting more pictures!

I'll definitely stick around!  
Not sure why you'd recommend Mars-Hill; the colors of his work are not realistic (especially the neon colors) and the lighting is uneven with so much blowout ... they hurt my eyes!

Sorry, I didn't mean to hurt your eyes, Cecily And I didn't think you should copy his rather extreme style either, but I thought he had some interesting ideas and made some fine macro shots. Anyway, I don't know which way you should go, and perhaps you don't even know it yourself yet. But you should probably not divert too much from your present soft and dreamy stile, which I consider your unique hallmark. Style and personality is closely related, you know

Ha hah ... I didn’t want to repeat myself over and over, and there is so much to learn in photography (other than Macro).  The internet makes it easy to learn new skills, in terms of composition, lighting, post-processing … I’ll learn more whenever I have some free time.  I appreciate that you pointed out my particular style, which is out of my instinct; I hope to be able to combine some new skills and my instinct in the future!
