I think I would have added some soft, green light onto the barkeep's face in the fifth panel in response to the glowing hand, but I like what you did with the underlighting from the counter. Nice effect.

oh shit, now that you mention it, I think my green glow layer was turned off cause it SHOULD be greener than that. O_O WHOOPS.

Great underlighting! Great use of warm/cool contrast to focus on the characters as well.
