HOLY CRAP. I love this style. Go Humberto Ramos. I just love how it looks.

And you are just so awesome. The coloring is so Runaways. Like it goes inside you.

Thanks, dude! I think a lot of it is influenced by Takeshi Miyazawa. He kinda showed me a certain way he wanted it done on MJ back in the day and it's just stuck with me ever since.

I dig yours too, btw!

love how you faded the blacks out to add depth and the baby blue border looks nice

Can't say I'm Ramos' biggest fan, but I must admit they really click with your colours. Something about the thick lines and the angles really bring the brightness out in the well-lit scenes.

Good writing, too, good to see Klara's getting a strong introduction to the group.

You have some seriously awesome colors, but that Humberto dude's style bothers me SO much -_- It's SO not Runaways.

but it totally is! All of the kids have their own personality, they LOOK different from each other, and they're super expressive! It's totally them!

I guess so... I'm not really digging the whole 'big-eyed-square-fingered' look, but I guess I will take your word for it.

Klara is so CUTTEE, but I was kinda hoping they would keep her in skirts--seeing as Molly never wears them (please keep her in Red though, it looks very cute and Red Riding Hood-y). HOW LOW IS KAROLINA'S TOP??
I'm such a perverted lassie. x.x

do you scanned the textures of the watercolor pencils and the apply on the digital file? or it was worked over a printed version?

Good looking pages

printed the black and white page, put it on a light box with a piece of watercolor paper on top, painted in some textures, scanned them in, and then applied them digitally.

printed the black and white page, put it on a light box with a piece of watercolor paper on top, painted in some textures, scanned them in, and then applied them digitally.

XD I copy and pasted that. Too lazy to rewrite for your white ass.

Oh sure, even though I was the first to mention it hey, send whitey to the back of the line to get leftovers.

I'll copy your paste, racist.
