Why, yes! I WOULD like to have some tea, thank you! I had this low in my documents because I was frustrated that I forgot to add in her horn the first time I drew this. [I know, I'm a moron.] Now, I actually got through with it, because I felt that my skills had increased a few steps higher, and I wanted to see where it could take me. Everything is very nice, specially the lighting in her hair. But maybe you should work a bit more in the edges of the shading, specially on her flank, neck and where cheek meets the eye.
Eyes are very important, so I think you should try to add more effects to her pupils, also the "shining white circles" over her pupil should be one a lot bigger than the other. You can use other pics to see what I mean. Now the drawing itself is pretty well done, so I have nothing to complaint there except maybe her chin that's slightly bulging at the botom, but since it does look ok anyway, is not really important.

This...everything about things makes me happy. I feel that Rarity is overlooked a lot of the time. But this picture really focuses on her. The mane and tail are beautifully shaded. The position of the eye and direction it's looking, plus the facial expression itself adds to the perfection of this piece. The shading on her body adds some mystery about her (which is perfect for Rarity). Then there's the glow of magic around her horn and the items she's using. Needless to say; you nailed it. The style is completely your own and that's why this is definitely one of my favorites! Nicely done!

Rarity as a character has indeed surprised me in this series as im not a fan of girly or prissy characters in any series,but it goes to show she will in fact get dirty if needed and is not defenseless in any means and i still chuckle remembering the changeling fight scene where she punched a changeling in the face,Rarity has a mean left hook.

Man this look pretty good, love the shading and the little details on her mane and tail. I really hope that rarity gets an episode in season 4 cuz shes the type of pony everypony should know and not getting an her own episode wont help that.
