A work in progress... because I couldn't draw a proper background so I photoshopped it for now T-TAnyways, different colouring style
I was at the pet store and saw a bunch of fish, making me want to draw a merman/boyKinda different from my imagination, but oh well *sigh*
I'll redo the background later bleh
