I like that interesting blue colour from the wave it looks intense

Actually the depth of field at the f22 stop is taking in the whole picture. What is causing the blur effect is the moving water. Closer to the camera the water is farther away from the fall and going slower, so it looks shaper, but the rocks in the deeper areas are blurrier due to that is where more water is flowing faster.
